Day 1: Arusha to Ngorongoro with Lake Manyara Detour

  • After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive toward Ngorongoro.
  • Take a scenic detour through Lake Manyara National Park, spotting tree-climbing lions and flamingos.
  • Continue your journey to the Ngorongoro Highlands, enjoying views of the Great Rift Valley.
  • Check in at your lodge on the Ngorongoro Crater rim.
  • Overnight: Dinner and stay at your Ngorongoro lodge.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Tour & Drive to Serengeti

  • After breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive, spotting rhinos, lions, and hippos.
  • Enjoy the stunning crater landscapes before driving toward the Serengeti.
  • Enter the Serengeti and begin your safari across its vast plains.
  • Check in at your lodge or tented camp in Central Serengeti.

Day 3: Full Day Safari in Central Serengeti

  • After breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive in the Seronera region.
  • Spot predators such as lions and leopards, as well as large herds of grazers.
  • Continue wildlife viewing with a picnic lunch or return to camp for a break.
  • Enjoy sundowners while watching the sunset over the plains.

Day 4: Another Day in Central Serengeti

  • Set out early for a morning game drive to catch the animals at their most active.

  • Dinner and relaxation back at your camp or lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Ndutu, Southern Serengeti

  • After breakfast, depart for Ndutu, the heart of the Southern Serengeti migration area.
  • Enjoy a game drive spotting wildebeest, zebras, and predators following the migration.
  • Arrive at your camp or lodge in Ndutu and soak in the surrounding wildlife.
  • Unwind with spectacular sunset views over the plains.
  • Overnight: Dinner and stay at your Ndutu lodge/camp.

Day 6: Full Day Safari in Ndutu

  • Early breakfast followed by a full-day game drive focused on migration calving grounds.
  • Watch newborn wildebeest and zebra calves, and predators on the hunt.

  • Return to camp for dinner and relaxation under the stars.

Day 7: Another Day in Ndutu

Day 8: Fly to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport

  • After breakfast, transfer to the Ndutu airstrip for your flight to Arusha or KIA.

  • Arrive in Arusha for lunch, shopping, or relaxation before onward travel.
  • Transfer to the airport for your international flight.
